We will refuse any advertisement that we believe is incompatible with our mission. The presence of an ad on our site, in our monthly e-newsletters or any of our email messages does not imply endorsement of the advertised company or product. Advertisers and sponsors must not make unsubstantiated claims or suggest that CanadianBabies has endorsed a product.

CanadianBabies has the sole discretion for determining the types of advertising that will be accepted and displayed on the site.  No advertising of breast-milk substitutes, formula, bottles and artificial nipples is permissible on the CanadianBabies website or in our e-newsletters. 

Under no circumstances shall CanadianBabies ’ acceptance of any advertisement be considered an endorsement of the product(s) or service(s) or for the company or persons that manufactures, distributes, or promotes such products or services.

CanadianBabies reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove at any time any advertising from the site for any reason and will provide prompt notice to the advertiser upon rejection, cancellation, or removal, together with an explanation.

CanadianBabies reserves the right to determine the appropriate placement of the advertising on the CanadianBabies site. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with all domestic laws, including applicable laws & regulation or regulatory bodies.

No advertising shall be permitted which may injure the good name or reputation of CanadianBabies or the CanadianBabies website, or its' other participants.
