Im concerned about my baby's development I could really use some imput??

I have a 13 year old and a nine year old all girls and they were fine developmentally, it has been a while my baby is 9 months now and she is not crawling or sitting up without support, relatives keep asking if she's crawling and Im starting to feel as though it's my fault or Im doing something wrong, or that my baby may be slow. She does do this crab like crawl on her back but she cant stand being on her tummy. I literally have no support, and talk to no one Im isolated in a small town and know nobody> What should I do about this and is this something I should be worried about? Somebody, Anybody out there I would appreciate any advice???!!!!????
